We began as a small business consisting of just two people, but we've since grown into a full-fledged European bakery with a full staff. We've built a name for ourselves by earning a reputation for producing high-quality, beautifully designed, delectable desserts and providing excellent service to our wholesale customers. Our sweets have been offered to guests at the San Francisco Symphony's Annual Opening Gala, as well as at other prestigious events hosted by corporations, businesses, and societies, as well as at weddings and restaurants. Our desserts have been appreciated by several notable people, including Presidents of the United States, Heads of State, international Dignitaries, local and national Politicians, Famous Sport Figures, Celebrities, Socialites, Heads of Corporations, and even World-Famous Chocolatiers! Pastry connoisseurs can now purchase Gerhard's desserts at both local and national food retailers as a result of the establishment of our in-house retail outlet, Jolt & Bolt Café, in the year 1996, as well as the launch of our retail line "Gerhard Michler Fine European Desserts," which took place just recently. Our regular selection of sweet treats features baked goods such as cakes, tarts, cupcakes, cookies, bars, and individual desserts. Petit fours are also available. In addition to our basic range, we also provide seasonal dessert specials, and we are especially well-known for our ability to create spectacular bespoke desserts that are specifically tailored to the requirements of a certain event. Naturally, we are able to create magnificent wedding cakes. Gerhard and the knowledgeable members of his staff are able to fulfill requests of any scale, from the required quantity of a single product to a custom order consisting of thousands of unique desserts. All of our sweets are produced from scratch and adorned in a "European Way" fashion, using only hand tools. We only utilize components of the highest possible quality, such as genuine butter, fresh fruit, natural colorings, European chocolate, and icing that is created from scratch.
