What event planning services do you offer?
Gian Events offers full service planning, partial wedding planning, day of coordination, and, our newest, micro-weddings & elopements! Also check out our website for our photo booth.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Yes, we would be more than happy to do this with both our full planning and partial planning (up to 45 days before you event) packages.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
On the day of your event both your Lead Coordinator + 1-2 Event Assistants will be present to greet, welcome, and manage all your vendors and support with set up.
We want a destination wedding, do you travel?
Absolutely! Our team will go anywhere! However, travel fees may apply depending on location. We require travel costs such as lodging/flight/car be covered by the client. For wedding destinations in Los Angeles, San Jose, and Napa, there are no travel fees associated.
What is the “Gian’ style and aesthetic?
Modern, Sophisticated, Elegance. Our team specializes in creating intimate, sophisticated designs for the modern day couple. The details matter. With each couple, we create designs with each couple’s personality in mind and find ways to showcase them as individuals and as a couple.

With over 12 years in operations and sales management experience, Reneille found a desire to open a business that focused on hyper-detailed organization paired with above and beyond client management. She loves to design glamorous events, filled with sparkle, lights and dazzling details to create jaw-dropping reactions by the guests and the client. She finds nothing more satisfying than a client and their families being stress-free and smiling on their special day.
