Guerdy Design

Guerdy Abraira was born in Haiti and went to Paris with her family when she was just a year old. Guerdy's parents eventually determined that the United States would be the greatest fit for their family; when she was nine years old, they moved to Miami, Florida, where she attended secondary school and college. She became enamored with the art of entertaining rapidly, and event organizing became her profession. As she grew older, she lived and traveled all over the world, broadening her cultural horizons. Her catering business on Fisher Island also provided her with vast culinary and beverage knowledge as well as a loyal and diverse client base. She subsequently obtained a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own her own events and floral studio on Fisher Island, and her business took off over those crucial 7 years. She was able to not only plan events but also fully conceptualize and design them in-house, resulting in a seamless experience for her international clients. To this day, she continues to approach every event with passion, ingenuity, and care. Guerdy Design believes in pursuing happiness to the fullest extent possible and that love is love and love is blind.
