What event planning services do you offer?
When it comes to weddings, we offer full service planning and design services. When it comes to other social events, we are hired based on your needs; design only, planning and design, and anything in between.
What makes your planning style unique?
Hugh & Kate have separate roles when it comes to planning and designing an event. Kate handles all logistics; the "planner". Hugh is the "designer". You get both sides of the brain when planning with us!
How would past clients describe working with you?
They say we are fun! We make it a fun process because planning an event can be stressful, so we try and make the process with us as fun as possible! We will make you laugh!
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
It all depends. It depends if you are at a venue, or we are doing a tent in the middle of nowhere. We also take into account how many vendors, guests, and how the evening is lined out to determine how many day of staff we will need. Minimum you have 3, but we have had as many as 10.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Yes. We manage everything with full service planning. We will help you find the vendors, as well as arrange and manage the vendors once hired.
