Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
Our smallest package is our month-of package which includes day-of coordination.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Yes, we will attend your meetings as well!
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
Each wedding and event has a lead coordinator who works alongside the client for the entire planning process. The lead coordinator is on-site during an event as well as at least 1 assistant coordinator, but more assistants are brought on for larger weddings and events.
What venues have you worked at before?
We have been in business since 2008, so we have worked at many different venues. We are also able to travel outside of the Pittsburgh area.
