Our published starting price of $7,200 represents our foundation Wedding Collection, which includes primary coverage by Stephen Mayo or a seasoned Lead Photographer, two team members, and the foundational elements of our proprietary timeline and client experience systems. Most luxury wedding clients invest between $9,500 and $14,000 for bespoke collections that include custom album design, additional coverage hours, and extended delivery options. For Corporate & High-Profile Events: We understand commercial projects operate on a different scale and licensing structure. Our corporate and high-profile event photography is billed at a commercial day rate or half-day rate, which may begin below our published wedding starting price, depending on the scope and usage licensing needs. This allows us to serve the unique needs of NYC galas, major brand activations, and large-scale corporate documentation efficiently.
