Stevi Auble is a formally trained interior designer turned self taught cake artist and author. Her award winning cakes are known for their clean lines, modern aesthetic and creative use of wafer paper. Hey There, Cupcake can design one of a kind creations for your wedding, milestone celebration, and everything in-between. Stevi’s love for cake design and wafer paper began in late 2010 and she has since spent her time nurturing her growing business in San Diego and teaching the art of modern wafer paper techniques in person worldwide as well as through online classes via Craftsy.com.
