Hom Photography

We are Bryant and Lauren, two siblings who are enthusiastic about using pictures to communicate stories. We come from a family where delicious food is never optional, coffee is always available, and everyone is always welcome. Our grandfather, father, and we all inherited a passion for documentation from our ancestors. When we were little, our father would educate us about exposures and f-stops. Before we could drive, we studied Photoshop, and we had several different Canon Powershot models. However, it wasn't until we left home that we realized that photography could be our voice and that our cameras could act as extensions of our arms. Despite being three years apart in age, we didn't have anything in common besides eating Cup O' Noodles after school and spending hours at the karate studio. But when we had the opportunity to spend a year together in high school, our paths crossed and our relationship was born. Together, we enjoyed that year and pushed one another to attempt things we personally wouldn't be prone to. We were able to spend a year studying art together at UCLA four years later, which is truly when we started to become the best of friends. Bryant started taking pictures as a hobby to help fund a summer trip to Australia, but it soon evolved into a chance to record precious moments in people's lives. As we have served others via documentation over the years, we have experienced great delight and formed cherished friendships. We are eager to learn more about you!
