By doing so, we can create mood boards and have a better understanding and ideas of what your perfect day will look and feel like. This will be a perfect tool for us to refer to throughout the planning process when making decisions for linens, decor, florals, etc VENUE + VENDOR RESEARCH Researching and selecting the right wedding venue can be hard, along with finding the perfect wedding vendors to go along with it. We will research, negotiate, and provide suitable vendors based on your wants, needs, and budget. DETAILED TIMELINE + SECURING VENDORS We will curate a detailed wedding timeline for the day of the wedding as well as a timeline for all the vendors' arrival time, set up, breakdown, and everything in between. We will also establish a vendor contact list, diagram for setup, and a detailed minute-by-minute list of tasks to be completed. DAY OF EXECUTION After months of careful planning with us, the next thing you know, your big day is finally here! We make sure that all of the plans you dreamed of will be fully realized, and most importantly we will handle and resolve any issues that may arise.
