Ice Cream Jubilee

Hi, I'm Victoria! I adore ice cream due to the fact that each one of us has a fantastic and joyful memory associated with it. When I want to celebrate love and togetherness, ice cream is what I reach for. When I was a little kid, it wasn't uncommon for my dad to be absent from our family dinners since he had to work late. But just as my sister and I were winding down for the night, our father would walk through the door and shout to us from the basement, "I'm home! Who would want some ice cream? ...and we would rush down to leap on him with embraces while simultaneously selecting our tastes for the evening. The consumption of ice cream remains the ideal pretext for commemorating special occasions and producing joyful experiences with one's loved ones. Ice Cream Jubilee is my method of spreading happiness to other people by means of unique flavor combinations and uncontrollable grins. 2009 was the year that I first began producing ice cream in the kitchen of my apartment. I found that using my imagination to come up with new taste combinations brought me such joy that I decided to take a break from practicing corporate law and become an apprentice at a pie business in Brooklyn called Four and Twenty Blackbirds. My batteries were recharged while I was hand-kneading pie crusts and being immersed in a gourmet world where individuals built livelihoods out of their hobbies. As a result, I made the conscious decision to include passion, creativity, color, and tastes into every part of my life. A few months later, in order to accept my dream position as a presidential appointee at the Department of Homeland Security, I uprooted my life and went to Washington, District of Columbia. In spite of the long hours, I devoted my evenings and weekends to following my passion for developing new ice cream flavors. I didn't know exactly what I was working for when I started hosting tasting sessions at my apartment and at the houses of my friends, but I did it anyway. In 2013, I participated in the renowned ice cream seminar held at Penn State University, where I graduated as the class president. Shortly after, I started recruiting people to help me manufacture ice cream on Thursday evenings. I started selling twelve kinds of ice cream in grocery stores and restaurants, and in July of that year, Ice Cream Jubilee was chosen by the people as the winner of the People's Choice award for Best Ice Cream at the DC Scoop competition. I decided to launch Ice Cream Jubilee so that I could share my enthusiasm with others and inspire them to find the activities that bring them the same level of joy as ice cream brings me. I have gained a great deal of knowledge from our staff and from our ongoing efforts to create the greatest ice cream. The fact that Ice Cream Jubilee has expanded to such a large extent in such a short amount of time makes me really happy and I am grateful beyond measure. Sharing my company with my family and friends, as well as forging new connections with others via a shared love of ice cream, is the thing that makes me the most proud. I really hope that the tastes I create make you happy and make you want to leap for pleasure.
