At ICE POPS, we bring handcrafted artisan popsicles (paletsas) to San Diego and SoCal events in our all-electric Cybertruck aka the Icebertruck. Our minimum booking starts at $299 with our Sweet Start Birthday Package (25 pops + 30 minutes serving time). From there, we create tailor-made options for birthdays, school events, corporate gatherings, weddings, festivals, and fundraisers. We offer a colorful mix of flavors, including fruity vegan pops, creamy vegetarian options, and dairy-based favorites—so there’s always something for everyone. All bookings are package-based (not individual sales). Weekday minimum is 25 pops, weekends 50 pops, and larger events are customized. Every package includes our artisan popsicles, friendly service, and the excitement of the Icebertruck experience. Our goal is simple: bring joy, flavor, and unforgettable memories to every event we’re part of.

- We love tailoring our menu to fit your event! Alongside our rotating lineup of handcrafted artisan popsicles, we can work with you to feature guest favorites, seasonal specials, or even create custom flavors for larger orders. We also offer Italian ice push-pops as a lighter, refreshing option.
- How many staff members will be present on the day of my event?
- Most events are served by our Founder and Chief Popsicle Officer Necati, but for larger or longer events we can bring up to 4 staff to ensure everything runs smoothly and your guests are served quickly.
- Do you offer tastings, and when would my tasting take place?
- Yes! If you’re in San Diego, we love to do tastings on-site so you can experience the pops in person. If you’re not local, you can always lean on the sweet words from our amazing clients who’ve already tried and loved them.
