Founded in 2018
Idyllwild Event Design is a Hudson Valley–based wedding and event design studio specializing in thoughtfully curated celebrations inspired by nature, art, and a deep sense of place. We create immersive environments through full-service event design and floral styling, layering color, texture, and meaningful details to tell our client's story in a way that feels effortless, romantic, and deeply personal. - Do you offer services that fit within my budget?
- The 2026 design retainer is $5,750, with a minimum additional spend of $7,500 for physical goods. Most couples invest 10–12% of their overall wedding budget in Event Design, depending on scale and scope. Idyllwild will create a tailored proposal after your consultation.
- Can I view photos or examples of your past work?
- Please feel free to browse our website at IdyllwildEventDesign.com We'd love to have you! Or just google "Idyllwild Event Design", as we're easy to find. We work in all kinds of styles, but all of our projects have a consistent Idyllwild je nais se quois.
- How far in advance should I book your services?
- Most couples book 12–15 months ahead to allow a full, unhurried design process. But in 2025, couples really shook things up! So if your date is sooner, reach out. Idyllwild occasionally has space for shorter-term projects.
- How many other events will you work on the day of my event?
- We only have eyes for you! Racing to multiple events in the same day is just not our style.
