IKhan Photography is owned by Iman, a 26-year-old wedding photographer. Her style of photography is all about the candids, the light touches of the hand, the small gestures of your loved ones. She describes herself as a forever hopeless romantic and it brings her great joy to photograph weddings. Every wedding she works on is photographed with her entire heart and soul behind it. She imagines herself in the shoes of the bride and groom and acts as a best friend and photographer wrapped into one package! At IKhan Photography the quality of work is extremely important. Every wedding book is specifically shot and edited by Iman, as lead photographer. IKhan Photography knows that wedding planning can be extremely stressful. - How long have you been a photographer?
- I have been a photographer since I was 17 though this is not my full time job! My major is in Health Information Management and am typically seen in a hospital setting!
- How would you describe your event photography style?
- I love to photograph with the intent to feel the emotion in a certain moment. I want every bride to remember what every hug felt like from an outsider's perspective, every touch. Every smile and every tear.
- Will you edit and color correct my photos?
- I am definitely a perfectionist, so all photos and albums are edited and color corrected by me specifically! I typically prefer this over outsourcing to other editors.
- Will you bring an assistant as a supporting photographer?
- I usually require a second shooter for events of 300 or more, so yes, for larger scale events there is a supporting photographer! Supporting photographers can also be requested upon availability if you prefer to have more than one.
- What is your approach to working with clients?
- Most of my clientele comes from instagram, but I will say that I love to work with clients that I mesh with. I treat my clients as close friends, and do my best to be as helpful as possible while shooting. I will carry your train, fix your eyelashes, and remind you of your posture. I'm your bff!
