A certified Event Planner and Set Designer, Mae Johnson began her career as a set designer/display artist before transitioning into the wedding and event planning industry. When it comes to events, she understands the significance of organization and how it is essential to their success. Her goal is to make each and every bride's day unique and special, and her enthusiasm is evident in everything she accomplishes. She holds dual bachelor's degrees in economics and fine arts from the University of Florida and the University of South Florida, as well as cognates in economics, fine arts, and educational administration. Many certificates in the field of visual art have also been awarded to her. Mae's interest in interior design and set design led her to apply for a position as an apprentice with Vera Hutchinson of RKO Studios in Los Angeles. She studied costume and set design under the tutelage of Vera Hutchinson, which opened the door to a slew of new opportunities. Her career progressed to include positions as a display artist for various department stores in the Ocala, Florida area. She created many unique set designs while working alongside the Marketing Directors, and she was approached by numerous family and friends for assistance in staging their homes and creating unique designs for their weddings while working alongside the Marketing Directors. She was compelled to do so by her job, as well as by the encouragement of family, friends, and colleagues. She eventually enrolled in bridal school to learn the ins and outs of planning weddings and other special events. She began planning events and gained invaluable professional experience as she managed events for weddings, churches, civic events, and other gatherings over the course of her career. In the following years, she founded her own version of a social gathering company, which is dedicated to bringing moments of harmony and majesty into the lives of our customers.
