Innovative Party Planners is passionate about your total event experience. Our event planners and event designers work together with you to personally oversee the design, coordination, production and set up of your event; combining unique design, handmade decor elements and innovative graphic details with expert event planning. From concept to delivery, our creative style and attention to every detail results in an enjoyable and successful experience. We produce your event décor in our 4,500 square foot warehouse and design studio, located in Baltimore, Maryland. Whether we are designing a corporate conference, non-profit gala, planning your child’s Bar or Bat Mitzvah, styling your fabulous wedding, or preparing an intimate gathering of your family and friends, our event producers will carry out your vision, work with you to keep you on track of deadlines, relieve the stress and generate excitement throughout the process, resulting in an enjoyable and successful event experience for you and your guests.

- What event planning services do you offer?
- We offer event planning, event design, complete event set up and party management. We can assist with selecting your venue, your caterer, your photographer, entertainment, florist, tent rental, furniture rental, valet parking, transportation, etc. We prepare the timeline, floorplan and more.
- How do we get started?
- The first step is to contact us; by calling, emailing or filling out our Plan My Event form found on our website. One of our planners will be in touch, so be sure to give us your phone number or e-mail. We begin with an understanding of your event goals, priorities and budget.
- Can I come to the studio and see your inventory?
- We invite you to come to the studio and meet with a planner by appointment only. Please wear a mask and respect our social distancing guidelines. Explore our graphics department, art studio and view our extensive inventory full of table top décor and props.
- What is virtual event planning?
- There are many things about in-person events that still apply to virtual events. The same way your in-person events have goals and reasons to gather, so do your virtual ones. What’s the why behind your event? Guests meet online and we help with the platform, the engagement and the details.
