Ipomea, a floral design studio in Elmhurst, a suburb of Chicago, collaborates with you on a one-on-one basis to produce bespoke floral arrangements that reflect your individual taste. We build arrangements in much the same way that an artist develops a painting in his or her studio. Each arrangement is as distinct as the next since they are created using flowers like paint. Ipomea, often known as morning glory, is a flower whose meaning is "I attach myself to you." MEET OUR OWNER, Sheila Jung I've always had a strong desire to be creative, and after earning my bachelor's degree in fine art from Cornell College, I was determined to incorporate art into my daily routine. Because I am a hopeless romantic, a wedding aficionado, and a lover of nature, I quickly recognized that my artistic abilities transferred well into flower design. Working with flowers is such a pleasure since each bloom is unique, just as each beautiful couple planning their wedding is. I never grow tired of doing something! My experience in painting allows me to consider color, texture, and shape when creating floral works of art, and I apply this knowledge whenever I am designing! I established Ipomea Floral Design in 2010, and since then, I've been producing breathtaking bouquets and arrangements for brides all around the Chicago metropolitan area.
