What different event photography packages do you offer?
Event photography pricing is based on coverage hours, number of photographers, and production needs such as on-site editing or videography. Share your run-of-show and we’ll provide a tailored same-day proposal. Per Hour, Half Day & Full Day packages are available.
How long after my event can I expect to receive my photos?
We provide same-day highlights for press and social media needs, with full galleries typically delivered within 48 hours. On-site editing is also available for real-time publishing.
What event photography services do you offer?
We photograph private events, corporate events and conferences in the San Francisco Bay Area including summits, brand activations, executive off sites, investor events, galas, private dinners, product launches, and holiday parties.
Will you edit and color correct my photos?
Yes — every delivered image is professionally edited for color, tone, and consistency. Additional retouching for key hero images is available upon request.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
We hold your date specifically for your event, so cancellations and date changes may be subject to a fee. We’ll outline this clearly in your contract.
