Jaclyn Watson Events

Jaclyn Watson Events is a boutique planning and design studio known for private estate weddings, corporate & social events. Tented builds and multi-day celebrations throughout Vermont, New England, and beyond. For more than 16 years, our team has specialized in creating events that feel deeply personal, effortlessly elegant, and beautifully organized from the first email to the last song of the night. We believe great events start with listening. We get to know your story, your priorities, and how you want your guests to feel, then build everything around that. From custom floor plans and detailed timelines to thoughtful design, rentals, and decor, we connect you with a trusted team of creative partners and manage every moving piece so you do not have to. Known for layered design, strong logistics, and calm, clear communication, Jaclyn Watson Events is often hired for private properties and complex tented weddings where there is no built-in venue team. Our goal at every event is simple: for you and your guests to feel welcomed, cared for, and completely present in the moment while we take care of the rest.
