What event planning services do you offer?
We offer full-service event planning and design for any celebration, including day-of coordination, rentals, stationery and signage, favors, setup and cleanup, vendor recommendations and management, and even venue guidance. Our services go beyond weddings to birthdays, showers, and corporate events.
Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
We handle all payment coordination for clients who book packages that include vendor management. It is our pleasure to manage vendors on your behalf, ensuring seamless communication, organization, and peace of mind throughout your event.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
Every event includes a minimum of two coordinators on site. We aim for one coordinator per 50 guests to ensure seamless guest management, attentive client care, and that no details are overlooked, so every moment of your celebration runs flawlessly.
Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
We offer day-of coordination, but to execute flawlessly, our planner must be part of the process. Our day-of service includes four months of pre-wedding planning to finalize timelines, floor plans, and details. Anything beyond four months is considered partial planning.
What makes your planning style unique?
Our planning style is unique because every event involves more than one coordinator and a one-stop-shop approach. By managing most elements directly, we ensure no detail is missed during planning or on the event day, delivering a seamless and stress-free experience.
