JB Cuisine is a Rhode Island-based catering service specializing in bespoke, custom cocktail-style events. We offer a wide range of options including station setups and passed appetizers, ideal for large gatherings. While based in RI, we proudly serve clients throughout New England and are committed to crafting a unique and memorable experience for you and your guests. Founded by Chef Joshua Berman, JB Cuisine brings a wealth of culinary expertise. Chef Josh grew up immersed in cooking, working his way up from dishwasher to Executive Chef. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts, Chef Josh’s career includes stints at Michelin-starred Del Posto in NYC, Restaurant Bouchard, Revolving Door, and Gracie’s in Providence, RI. In early 2020, he launched JB Cuisine Personal Chef Services, combining his passion for locally sourced, globally inspired cuisine with an eye for elegance and bold flavors.
