Hello! My name is Jenny Gunter, I am a Live Event Illustrator providing live portrait and fashion sketching for events across the West Coast and nationwide. - Minimum Spend
- $300
PRICING: - Local Rate (within 1hr commute): $150/hr, 2 hour minimum - Additional costs may apply for non-local venues, vendor COI, or custom materials and printing. - Deposit required to book via Venmo/Zelle/PayPal invoice. Any additional service fees due upfront with deposit at time of booking. SETUP REQUIREMENTS: - Furniture: please provide 2-3 chairs + mid-sized table for materials and signage setup - Lighting: please provide lighting if event is after sunset or will be in a shaded indoors area - Shelter: please provide adequate shade/shelter for windy/rainy venues, or events where temperatures will be below 60F, above 80F. - WHAT LIVE ILLUSTRATION SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
- I offer live portrait sketching, fashion illustration, and figure sketching for all event types including pet parties. Please feel free to get in touch with any ideas you may have for an event -- I'm always open to trying something new!
- WHAT IS YOUR PRICING FOR LIVE ILLUSTRATION?
- Rates will vary by duration and location, but in general I provide a flat rate/amount that includes time/travel/materials, and any other additional services required. Events requiring more than 3-4 hours commute may be subject to a day rate and related overnight fees if applicable.
- WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
- Deposits are accepted via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal invoice, and are non-refundable and due at the time of booking or commission, along with any additional event fees. Remaining balances may be refundable and are due at the event.
- DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
- Yes! I currently have the: Make It A Morning Discount: $50 OFF + free logo printing for new bookings scheduled Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings (10AM or earlier start time). Mention code EARLYBIRDS🐥 to apply offer.
- WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
- For events, my standard materials include 9"x12" 100# sheets, brush pen markers like Tombow or Kuretake Zig, and ink brush pens for fine details. Guests will also receive plastic sleeves to protect their drawings from spills and stains throughout the event.
