WE MET ON CRAIGSLIST. Ok, we’ll expand on that a little… Way back in ’08 Justyna was looking for photo contributors for a creative project she was managing. Joel came across her ad and inquired. What followed were years of artistic collaboration, friendship, exploration, and appreciation for each other. This turned to courtship, romance, a beautiful wedding, and a beautiful marriage. With an education in art history, a previous career in fashion modeling, a family business in portrait photography, and a mutual love of French decadence, perfectly diffused light, old hardcover books, exotic travel, and heady perfumes, we compress all of it – all of it – into our careers as wedding photographers. We truly believe that life is punctuated by chapters, paragraphs, books, and volumes. A wedding is the beginning – and end – of a volume. There will seldom be in life a time when so much love will fill a room. We know how wonderful – and important – it is to try and capture not just these fleeting moments, but also the feeling…We want to preserve for you these fondest memories that you will carry with you forever. This is what we’re about. Our raison-d’être.
