Do you offer catering options to accommodate special dietary needs?
We offer vegan and gluten free options on our catering and in-house menus. We can also accommodate most other dietary restriction.
Will you bring your own catering equipment to my venue?
Yes, we bring our own catering equipment.
How many staff members will be present on the day of my event?
We usually staff at least two attendants on the day of your event. This does vary depending on the size of your event.
What venues have you worked at before?
We have worked a number of venues including Navy Pier (Chicago), the Geraghty (Chicago), Venue Six10 (Chicago), Sloan Park (Scottsdale), Ford Field (Detroit), and several other venues and corporate office buildings around the country.
What makes your catering style unique?
We offer a wide variety of food and beverage options for all catering events, but we are most known for our Mini Biggie Shakes. These milkshakes are over the top and very exciting for all ages!

Emily joined the JoJo's ShakeBAR team back in 2019 when the flagship location opened in Downtown Chicago. She has helped JoJo's grow their events and catering program to serve their most popular sweet and savory menu items, like their Biggie Shakes, Full Food Menu, and Mixology Classes, offsite. She and the JoJo's team have produced events that are memorable and exceed expectations.
