- What event planning services do you offer?
- We offer planning services for every stage of your wedding journey — from full-service planning to detailed coordination. Whether you need a hands-on partner from day one or a detail-obsessed team to step in closer to the day, we’ve got a package that fits your needs, your timeline, and your values.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- Yes — we do things a little differently than traditional “day-of coordination.” Our packages begin 10 weeks in advance to ensure no detail is left to chance. We coordinate logistics, review contracts, build a thorough timeline, and handle all the behind-the-scenes so you can fully enjoy your day.
- What event planning packages do you offer?
- We offer 5 planning packages, from full-service to month-of. Each includes timeline help, vendor support, and eco-friendly perks. Day-of coordination, month-of coordination, month-of with a little planning help, partial planning, and full-service planning.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Absolutely. Depending on your package, we’ll either guide you through vendor selection or step in later to coordinate directly with your dream team. From confirming details to scheduling walkthroughs and final meetings, we make sure everyone is on the same page — so you don’t have to play middleman.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- You’ll pay your vendors directly, which helps keep everything transparent and under your control. But we’ll handle the logistics — like reviewing contracts, tracking payment deadlines, and sending gentle reminders so nothing gets missed.
