- What event planning services do you offer?
- We offer a range of event planning services such as Partial Planning, Full Planning, and Month-of Coordination. Whether you're looking for complete support from start to finish, assistance with specific details, or help in the final stretch, we're here to ensure your day is perfectly executed.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Yes, we will arrange and manage meetings with your other vendors as part of the planning process. We communicate closely with all vendors, including in person meetings. This results in a flawless celebration down to every finalized detail.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- We do not handle vendor payments directly. While we will assist in coordinating payment amounts and deadlines, the actual payments are made directly to the vendors. We make sure you have everything in place so payments are timely and organized.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- Typically, 1-2 team members will be on-site during your event. The exact number depends on various factors such as guest count, number of locations, if the the event is on-site or off-site, and the schedule of activities throughout the day. We tailor our team size to ensure everything runs smoothly.
