Over the years, what began as a hobby to explore my artistic side has developed into a delightful obsession and side gig. I'm Dave Claypool, and I'm passionate about taking pictures. I have eight years of experience using Canon digital SLR cameras and lenses, and I've used my engineering training, my creative insight, and my intense desire to capture people having fun to wonderfully preserve memories and views from life. My main areas of interest are photographing on-location at various events, creating unique photo booths, and capturing candid moments while utilizing both the natural light around me and adding more light when necessary. I know how to highlight any occasion, whether it's a wedding, a sports event, a corporate event, a fundraiser, or a private party. Additionally, I set up and manage picture booths that are autonomous or manned, depending on your location and requirements. I am able to shoot successfully, unobtrusively, and take photos of your guests that they will love while they are still having fun and experiencing the moment because I have the now-ingrained technical knowledge, a wide variety of the right tools, as well as the on-the-spot wit and creativity required. My fees are pretty fair and depend on the kind of event, where it is, how long it lasts, and what it entails.
