Our Services: KME has created a firm founded on trendsetting concepts, flawless design, and exceptional service over the course of 15 years as luxury event specialists. Our aim at KME is to create simple, unified events that reflect our customers' vision while also giving an exceptional guest experience. Event Design & Coordination as a Full Service The following is a list of the services we provide to our full-service clients as needed. For more information on how we can customize our services to match your individual needs, please contact us. - Floral Design - Uplighting, pinspotting, intelligent lighting - Table cloths, napkins, chair treatments - Paper goods - Bands, DJs, strings, performers - Rentals - Videography and photography - Catering & Staffing - KME's team of professionals will devote an unlimited number of hours to the design and planning of your event. - Face-to-face meeting(s) to discuss your event's design, production, and coordination. - Email and phone consultations are available. - Management and creation of a comprehensive event budget - We will attend your food and cake tastings to assist with menu planning and design. - For your event, we produce an inspiration board, a floor plan, a design layout, and a color palette. - Assistance in locating the ideal event location - Walkthrough of the event venue to meet your specific design needs and to provide professional advice. - When our suggested vendors are contracted for your event, we will provide a pre-event showcase of your tablescape, including floral, linens, and tableware. - Transportation and lodging for guests - Review and negotiation of vendor contracts - KME is present the day of your event from 10-15 hours as needed, supervising event setup through dismantle. - For all vendors and workers, we provide a thorough day of timetable. - All of the services listed under "Month of Coordination" are also included in our full service planning agreement.
