Kate has two bachelor’s degrees — one in photography and one in journalism. Over 20 years of experience informs her diverse understanding of photography. Naturally, her approach reaches beyond the fundamentals — combining elements from commercial and creative endeavors and then infusing them into unique visual stories. The mood is always made lighter by her appreciation for humor and easy spontaneity. Kate is married to her husband of 20 years, Denny. They’re raising their son, Tyler, in a life of beautiful meals, good conversations, lots of dancing and a zest for the fast-paced nature of the Northeast — but a home life that prioritizes time at the beach.
