We are your liaison between vendors at the event, and the person who smooths over any obstacles before you ever even have to know about them. My Day-of Coordination ensures a smooth wedding day. I review timelines, confirm vendors, assist with setups and styling, and ensure everything runs on schedule. I handle guest needs, oversee vendor work, and manage pick-up of items. Services also include vendor contact and rehearsal attendance.
What makes your coordinating style unique?
my personalized, hands-on approach. I manage all the details, from vendor coordination to timeline management, ensuring everything runs smoothly. I'm with you from start to finish, resolving any issues so you can fully enjoy your day with peace of mind.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
Usually just 1, me. My team consist of three people; myself, my husband and my assistant. But I will always be the main lead in any event.
What is the maximum guest count you work with?
I typically work with a maximum of 100 guests, as I prefer more intimate events. Smaller gatherings are easier to manage and allow me to stay closely connected with you and your guests, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
