L&B is a family-owned and operated business based in Arizona. We started out in 2015 with the desire to do something together that we knew would be enjoyable for both of us and for others. After ten years, we are happier than ever that we took such a risk and pursued our dreams with all of our might. Throughout the wedding planning process, Jodie will serve as your primary point of contact. She is available to assist you in any way she can. Jodie has a fine art degree from Arizona State University and enjoys delving into color palettes, discussing the ins and outs of design, and discussing how she can assist you in bringing your vision to life. Jodie is also in charge of our Instagram account and oversees the fulfillment of all of our floral orders. Jill is a multi-faceted member of the L&B team. She is present at almost every event, assisting with the setup of decor and floral arrangements. During the past five years, she has made almost every boutonnière that has been worn. She is considered a master boutonnière designer. She is also in charge of our crew coordination as well as some behind-the-scenes business matters. Tammy is the true visionary behind L&B. Not only did she create each and every one of us (thank you, mom), but she was also the one who had the vision and motivation to start L&B in the first place. We rely on her to manage all of our inventory, prepare for each event by cleaning and preparing every rental item, and she is also a true floral designer, reviewing and perfecting every single bouquet before it is completed to ensure that each design is balanced and beautiful. We are fortunate to have her as a part of each and every event we are a part of. Jackie is a person who likes to get her hands dirty. She is in charge of a lot of the setups and breakdowns, and she is a huge fan of flowers. She has taken a number of floral design classes and enjoys the process. Jackie knows how to hustle like no other, and she often outperforms her peers in terms of productivity and efficiency.
