What event planning services do you offer?
We can manage events small to large of any kind; our experience includes conferences, sales meetings, holiday parties, incentive trips and everything in between.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Absolutely! And if you don't have vendors, worry not! We have partners in almost every major market who we have relationships with and recommend working with. Or we are happy to work with your vendors. We will take over and handle every detail.
Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
We will handle payment coordination. However if you prefer to pay your vendors directly we can work with you on that as well.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
Depends on the size & scope of your event! The bare minimum is 2 people, and goes up from there based on what's needed.
How would previous clients describe your planning style?
Our clients would agree that we embody our mantra: "Overplan then go with the flow!" There's an art AND a science to event planning. We like to have every minute of an event planned, but we also know that something will always come up so we need to be able to flex & adjust in real time!

With 17 years of start to finish event management experience, Noelle has produced more than 500 events around the world including advisory councils, high-end celebrity events, marketing panels, President’s Club trips and employee functions ranging in size from 30 to 300K people. Working on both the brand & agency sides of the business, Noelle grew her appreciation for true customer service and the creative process that is vital to ensuring high-quality programs for her clients.
