Latin Fresh

Latin Fresh is a family business. We are a farm to table quick service restaurant chain inspired by Latin American cuisine. Everything is freshly prepared and mostly locally sourced. We use fresh, some organic, never frozen ingredients that are all natural, free of hormones, antibiotics and GMO’s. We use no artificial preservatives, colors nor flavors. The menu is inspired by Latin America’s diverse cuisines, ingredients, colors, cultures, music and ultimately the beautiful Latin Americans. Our philosophy is “to change the way we eat”. Chef David Aaron says, “this is the way we should be eating everyday”. Food is the fuel for your day and we are just proving that it is possible to do a quick service experience that is good for you. Most of our menu is vegetarian, vegan and allergy friendly. No nuts or gluten in almost all of the menu. We also offer options focused on "Plant-base". Truly, any product that focuses on an element of sustainability we love. We combine a menu with Latin American flavors in an organic and informal atmosphere. Our concept is for guests to build their own bowl or burrito. They approach the counter, choose a base, a protein, toppings and a sauce. A customer is in and out in a few minutes. We also offer guests our Cafe brands. First, we have our own Latin Fresh Coffee Label where guests can choose freshly roasted beans from Colombia, Peru or Mexico. We also have our “Small Bites” including beef, chicken and cheese empanadas, Tequeños (latin mozzarella sticks) and plantain strip chips we all make in house. On the sweet side we make our own desserts in house, tres leches.
