Founded in 2000

Laura Clare specializes in exquisite arrangements and elegant decor for everyday and special occasions. Her trademark designs are a synthesis of fine European style and American inventiveness. Stemming from her love of nature and gardening, Laura’s background includes a four-year degree in horticulture from Cornell University and numerous apprenticeships with well-known designers such as Kenneth Turner, Jane Packer, Christian Tortu, Tage Andersen, and many others in and around London, Paris, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, and New York. Since 2000, Laura has been providing design expertise to clients in the New York tri-state area and various foreign destinations. She has earned numerous awards and accolades from regional and national magazines, associations, and private devotees. Known for having an incredible eye for color and graphic design, her clients utilize her expertise to coordinate anything from intimate dinner parties to extravagant galas. What venues have you worked at before?
We have worked at MANY venues around the tri-state region and beyond! We are most frequent at venues close to our studio such as Natirar, Hamilton Farms, Trump National Bedminster, Ryland Inn, Battellos, and more.
How would past clients describe working with you?
One of my biggest compliments is that I was a "floral whisperer"! In fact several people said that. I guess that means I really listen to my clients and can tell what they want and need.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend as soon as you know your venue and date, you should start the floral conversation! It could be as far out as 2 years, but at a minimum, we recommend 6 months prior to your event. Of course if a smaller event, less time is do-able. We book up quickly- especially during peak seasons!
What services do you offer?
Our forte is flowers, but we love to design anything to do with your event's ambiance! That includes, linens, china, tables, furniture, rugs--as well as lighting options, ceiling installs, and even signs, stationary details, place cards, seating charts, and more! Just ask!
How many other events will you work on the day of my event?
Only what we can handle! I've been in business for over 20 years and know my limits and have an incredible team. We don't over-book--but may take on several events if smaller. Best advice: book early so we know the full scale of your event and can decide if we block off the day!
