    Most of our wedding couples spend a minimum of $75,000 for approximately 100 guests. This number can vary based on location, design, and event scope but typically serves as a starting point for a full-service wedding. For social and corporate events our planning fee begins at $2,500 and adjusts based on event size, complexity, and service needs. We are happy to discuss a personalized estimate for your event.

What makes your planning style unique?
No matter how similar a design appears, no two events are exactly a like. The most intimate of details can serve as a crucial foundation for an event’s custom design. Liva & Co. extracts your personal style, the things and people you love, and molds it into a reflection of you.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Absolutely! As your planner, Liva & Co. strives to make the planning process as stress-free as possible. There are so many moving pieces to produce a successful event and our relationship with vendors has been built to help connect our clients to the vendor team best suited for their event.
Where do you find inspiration for the events you produce?
There are so many places I draw inspiration from. Cooking, travel, fashion, an experience I had. New Liva & Co. clients fill out a questionnaire that helps me to get to know you better. I like to pull details and inspiration from your stories and personal life to weave into the design.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
The size of our day-of team depends on your event's specific logistics. For weddings I always have at least one assistant.
What is the average wedding budget of the couples you serve?
Most of my couples typically spend anywhere from $500 - $1500 per guest. This is highly dependent on the location, food & beverage, design, and experience that you want to create. Some of our couples spend less than this, while some spend more.

Over the past 9 years, Liva has had the opportunity to work with some of the most talented industry professionals, both within the U.S. and internationally, which has created an incredibly well-rounded toolkit that she leverages into every detail of a client’s custom design. She grew up in Las Vegas, with an exposure to and a deep admiration for the event and entertainment industry. She received a degree from the University of Southern California in Public Relations and Entrepreneurship.
