LM Catering & Events is the team people turn to when they want a different take on catering. We’re cool and artsy and we show people how to think outside the ballroom. Our customers love us because on the one hand we’re a touch unconventional, but on the other we’re completely professional. We pay attention to every last detail. We’re the company people turn to when they want a different take on catering. That is, when they want a team that knows how to think outside the ballroom. We deliver professionally-managed events on virtually any scale, for both private and corporate events, for clients who crave expertly managed, authentic urban event experiences. The majority of our events we host within our utterly unique art- and architecture-themed venues that command outstanding views of the city. But we'll also come to you if you like.

- Do you offer bar or liquor packages?
- We do offer a variety of different beverage packages for events. We can also work with clients to create specialty cocktails for their celebration.
- Do you offer catering options to accommodate special dietary needs?
- We can accommodate special dietary needs and we are pleased to work exclusively with Danziger Kosher Catering and India House for all Kosher and Indian specialty menus.
- What venues have you worked at before?
- We are the exclusive caterer and on-site event management team at City View Loft, Kitchen Chicago and Lacuna Events by LM. We have also worked with a wide variety of venues throughout Chicago including Harold Washington Library, The Glessner House, Harris Theatre and many more.
- Will you bring your own catering equipment to my venue?
- Yes,
- Do you offer tastings, and when would my tasting take place?
- We do! A complimentary tasting for your wedding is available for up to 4 attendees with signed contract.
Meet The Team
Nicole Quaisser
Co-OwnerNicole has a lifetime of experience in the hospitality industry. In the 90’s Nicole started her professional career with Hilton International. After stints in London, New York and Guam, she accepted a position at The Drake Hotel in Chicago from 1993 to 2002. Following her time at The Drake, she served as GM of the Mid-America Club, one of the most prestigious Chicago private dining clubs. Prior to opening LM Nicole served as the GM of The Clare at Water Tower, an upscale senior living facility.
