- What event planning services do you offer?
- We offer three signature tiers: Full-Service Planning for comprehensive support, Partial Planning for design and vendor guidance, and Event Management (our enhanced month-of coordination). We also offer corporate event planning.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- We offer "Event Management," our elevated version of day-of coordination. To ensure a flawless event, our process begins one month prior to your wedding to finalize timelines, manage vendors, and handle all logistics.
- What event planning services do you offer?
- We provide Full Service (comprehensive design & logistics), Partial Planning (guidance starting 8–12 months out), and Event Management (logistics takeover 30 days prior). Each package is tailored to support you where you need it most.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- It depends on your package. Full Service clients enjoy full meeting management. Partial Planning includes scheduling and negotiation for up to 3 key vendors. Event Management focuses on final logistics and communication.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- For transparency, you sign contracts and pay vendors directly. We handle the rest by tracking every deadline in your customized budget management tool to ensure you stay on track and organized.
