Hi, I'm Joleen, wedding and elopement photographer. I'm a Sierra Nevada local who delights in creating intentional and unique wedding and elopement experiences for my couples. I'm been photographing weddings for over 16 years now. I have a passion for small weddings and elopements that happen in wild, outdoor spaces. I love living in the mountains, and it's my joy to scope scenic locations on public lands for couples who want to say their vows in nature. I also love brainstorm unique wedding timelines that help my couple's feel totally at home, stoked and content about their wedding day plans. While my main role is photography, I often help with finding locations, timeline planning, securing permits, and coordinating with other trusted vendors. I'm also an ordained officiant, so I can sign your marriage license and make it legal.
