Here is our list of services: - Unlimited communication throughout the design and planning process - Assist with site tours, selection, and booking of ceremony and reception venues - Ongoing updates with client on vendor services/ products - Planning meetings to design overall vision, color palette, style and logistics - Prepare custom schedule and checklist - Budget development and management - Vendor search based on style and budget - Vendor meetings, bookings, and negotiation - Vendor contract review - Assist in the wedding attire search & attend dress fitting to learn bustle - Extensive knowledge of trends and ideas for personalization - Invitation design and RSVP tracking - Menu selection - Schedule and managing all vendors/ insurances - Finalizing and submitting final guests numbers with caterer, vendors, and venue - Guest assistance and direction during wedding day - Hotel room blocks for out of town guests - Stationery elements (place cards, menus cards, programs, signs, etc.) - Confirm all vendor contracts and coverage times - Timeline creation and distribution to all vendors - Finalization of all wedding day logistics (setup and breakdown, ceremony layout, reception floorplan, etc.) - Oversee and assist with setup - Stage and organize wedding party to walk down the aisle - Assist photographer making sure family embers are in place - Make sure things are running on schedule according to timeline - Rehearsal at ceremony location the day before - Distribution of vendor final payments and gratuities on wedding day - Coordinate collection of gifts and personal items to a pre-determined destination at the end of the day - Transportation logistics and timing - Wedding day management - Provide guidance based on permits needed and marriage license requirements - Live wedding streaming (additional fee)
