Before relocating to Charleston with her husband, she graduated with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and worked as an in-house buyer for a major department store. Because of the relocation, she decided to combine her artistic background with her love of fashion and business acumen to launch a full-service wedding and event planning company in 2013. Carri understands the emotional rollercoaster that a wedding day can be for both the couple and their parents because she is a working mom with two young daughters. It takes a lot of time and effort to plan a wedding, and Carri does an excellent job of balancing all of the different aspects of the process. Carri is responsible for the design of a limited number of events each year as well as the overall management of Mac & B Events. She brings a brilliant combination of creativity and organization to Mac & B Events, which elevates the company and impresses both clients and vendors.
