Magdalena's boutique catering offers a variety of menu collections with a wide range of cuisines for your occasion. Choose from served appetizers and plated dinners to a selection of buffet stations that best suit your event, whether on-site or off. In the Dallas and Fort Worth locations, we cater large and small events. For a meeting or a tasting, or to see menu samples, please contact us. Incredible food paired with exceptional service is our point of difference. Whether your event is formal or casual, large or small, we will work with you to create the perfect menu, ensuring you have the opportunity to taste each signature dish before making a final decision. If there is anything additional you require, Magdalena's will work with you to make it happen. Chef Juan Rodriguez has spent every summer since he was a child traveling from Chicago to Monterrey, Mexico. While he was there, he spent a lot of time in the kitchen with his Grandmother, Magdalena, where he felt totally at home. Magdalena had a strong interest in eating, which she instilled in Juan. She took him to farmers markets, taught him how to shop at a local butcher shop, and showed him how to cook over an open fire. Juan left his hometown of Chicago to pursue his Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts at The Art Institute of Dallas, following in his Grandmother's footsteps. He subsequently worked his way up the chain of command in restaurants around the country for the next 15 years. He moved from New York City to Glen Rose before settling in Fort Worth, where he quickly rose through the ranks to become Executive Chef at Reata. It was there that he met Paige, his future wife. Juan left his job at Reata in 2015 to start his own catering company and supper club with the aid of his wife, Magdalena's Catering & Events, inspired by his Grandmother's legacy and driven by his passion.

Raised in North Texas, Natalee Baker discovered her passion for the wedding industry at a young age. She pursued her love for hospitality at Stephen F. Austin State University, earning a degree in Hospitality with a minor in Business. Natalee's career began at Magdalena's Catering in 2021, where she excels in various roles, including food truck management, overseeing onsite events, and her personal favorite, coordinating weddings. Her genuine love for interacting with couples is her strength.
