- We can offer from a small consultation about how to plan and execute your event, partial event production to full service event planning and production. We like to be flexible with your needs.
- What event planning services do you offer?
- Event Production, Planning and Management, Creative Direction, Concept ideas and Design Development. Fabrication and Design of Immersive activations. Marketing and PR including Brand Partnerships.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- We can certainly do so if the scope of work requires it.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- We will handle all the vendor payments, so there are the minimum possible transactions to ensure a smooth work process.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- As many as needed, we can discuss this, usually, we offer at least 2 pp to ensure the desired outcome.
