I know what you’re thinking, ‘How did you start photography?’ Well its not as straight forward as many people would believe. Sadly, I wasn’t given a camera at eight years old that made me realize photography is my one and only calling, then spending the next 15 years of my life honing my skills until I became the best photographer of our time. My journey began with curiosity. I’ve always had an interest in cameras. I always wanted to play with the new cameras and take the family photos. My mom even told me that I was pretty good at it! I got my first camera at about twelve years old. It was a small lime green “spy camera” that I practically begged my parents to buy for me at Ross. I loved taking photos and uploading them to my dad’s computer to see them in their full 240p glory.
