In the height of the economic crisis of 2009, Neillie Butler, Founder and Owner of Mariée Ami, was left wondering what her future would hold after a lifetime climbing an uphill battle. As a child, she overcame learning challenges in school and then again as an adult when she beat three rounds of a rare soft tissue cancer while in college at The University of Alabama. After years spent in remission, Neillie used her last dollar to buy a computer from Sam’s Club which was the catalyst to Mariée Ami. The subsequent years were spent growing the business with a scrappy and resourceful mindset that put client service at the epicenter of the work while simultaneously nurturing the growth of each new team member. As a team of spirited, skilled event producers and artists, the Mariée Ami team shares a common vision for each project and are committed to serving our clients with warmth, humility and integrity. Our in-house capabilities are far-reaching, and suit even the most complex of event visions. We’ve built large-scale weddings and events in remote destinations around the world, as well as transformed private homes with the utmost of care - all to set the stage for a meaningful celebration not soon forgotten.
