Max Owens Design

The Max Owens Design philosophy is based on emphasizing the best of nature and creating creative groupings with movement and character. Pieces that are plentiful but subtle, untamed but purposeful, and that nicely set the tone for a special occasion or in your house. Maxine Owens began her creative career in visual merchandising, honing her eye in both fashion and interiors. This naturally led her to work in weddings, with floral as her primary media. Max Owens Design gives her the opportunity to integrate and express her talents and creativity, as well as her love of working with natural elements to create something beautiful. She enjoys working with couples (and their vendor teams) and being a part of one of their most memorable times, as well as people who appreciate natural beauty in their homes, whether for regular enjoyment or special events. She has always strived to create an elevated, welcoming ambiance in her 10 years as a floral designer. She incorporates movement into all of her arrangements, giving them a one-of-a-kind quality—and because rigid and stale is not her style. Maxine feels that the unexpected may be beautiful, whether it's a non-traditional color palette, an uncommon flower, or an exhibit in an unusual setting. Art, in all of its forms, continues to inspire her. Whether it's a modest boutonniere or a large-scale display, Maxine enjoys creating. Everything in between excites her equally, because there's something magical about creating something beautiful with her hands using natural materials. There's something magical about arranging wedding flowers, collaborating with a couple and their creative team to create the perfect environment for such a momentous occasion. While weddings excite us, we're as ecstatic to be a part of events of all kinds, from engagement parties to holiday get-togethers to small gatherings. Being surrounded by flowers and other natural elements, on the other hand, is cause enough to celebrate, and we also design arrangements for private homes, restaurants, and hotels.
