- We are a full-service caterer and provide many items including china, glassware, flatware and service equipment. Additional rentals may be required depending on the venue.
Meet The Team

Brian Molino
Director of CulinaryBrian joined Mazzone Hospitality in 2011 as the Executive Chef and Manager at Golub Headquarters in Schenectady. In 2024, he was promoted from PRIME Dining District Manager to Director of Culinary for Mazzone Hospitality. Brian studied at the Culinary Institute of America and graduated with a Bachelors in Culinary Arts Management. The first three years of his career were spent honing his trade at Craft in New York, a Tom Colicchio restaurant.
