Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
No
What event planning services do you offer?
Full Service Planning & Design, Wedding Weekend Planning & Design (includes your welcome party/rehearsal dinner and post wedding brunch), Partial Planning & Design, and Wedding Management.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Yes! In addition to gathering 2-3 proposals for each service you'll need, I create a proposal summary document so you can compare and contrast your options. Then I facilitate meetings with your chosen vendors and take the lead on managing the details of their service as your plans are refined.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
At least 2 - myself and 1 assistant. Depending on the complexity of your event and guest count we may have additional assistants as well.
Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
You will sign all of the vendor contracts and pay vendor directly. But I keep track of all of your payments and manage the overall budget and payment due dates for you in my Aisle Planner wedding planning platform.
