Unlike most young girls her age, she learned to bake, knit, and sew as a child [skills she still employs now!]. Her creative pursuits were quickly put on hiatus as she embarked on a journey through life. She began working in the biggest marketing companies in Southern California after earning a degree in Business Finance from Cal State Long Beach. Her rockstar qualities propelled her forward, and she was soon in charge of event portfolios for Fortune 100 firms (Wal-Mart, Target, General Mills, Kroger). Finally, she had an insight when she began to arrange her own wedding! Mele Amore was the epiphany. Mele Amore was born after her family and friends pushed her to go for it.
