Midnight Picnic curates meaningful and bespoke weddings and events. I am a wedding planner, ceremonialist, and officiant. I offer holistic wedding planning that includes spiritual, emotional, and tactical support. I aim to connect couples to the right-of-passage of marriage and help strengthen the foundation of your future together through the process. I believe the process of planning a wedding can in and of itself be a meaningful experience. Every decision offers an opportunity for reflection and collaboration with your beloved. I help couples navigate planning a huge event while staying focused on the goal of celebrating your union and commitment to one another. I work with my clients to craft customized weddings that tap into the magic of their love story and help share it with all the loved ones who come to celebrate. I weave couples coaching into the planning process, to make sure all details of the production align with your values and deepen your connection. Midnight Picnic also offers pre-marital coaching and vision mapping sessions to help you dream into your big day before you even start planning! If you aren't sure where to start or how to begin making decisions, Mischa is available for coaching sessions to help clarify with your needs and interests -- with no commitment to hiring Midnight Picnic for planning or officiating. But if you like working together, the option is always there! Each event Midnight Picnic produces is as unique as the couple who hires us to collaborate on its creation. There is no "right or wrong" way to do anything and everything is possible! - What event planning services do you offer?
- Midnight Picnic offers Full Service Planning & Production, Partial Planning, wedding management, and a la carte services such as pre-planning vision mapping. Mischa also works with couples to create bespoke ceremonies and offers officiant services. All services are infused with holistic guidance.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- With wedding management, we check in at various stages of your planning process, to ensure your plans can be gracefully passed on to me for day-of or weekend-of coordination. I act as a sounding board and also create the final timeline. I may need to hire staff as needed to execute the vision!
- What makes your planning style unique?
- I have a holistic perspective of event planning that allows every occasion to be transformative and meaningful. Each wedding reflects the couples' unique love story. I offer guidance and emotional support in addition to pragmatic planning. I essentially hold your hands throughout the entire process.
- How would past clients describe working with you?
- Most clients will say that I'm cool, calm, and collected. I help ease their anxieties and make the planning process meaningful and fun. They'd say I'm a good listener, a kind manager, and generally agreeable person. I think all my clients would agree that I care deeply for each couple I work with.
- How do you officiate weddings AND plan them?
- I don't usually do both at the same time! I think everything is possible, but it hasn't happened yet. I am passionate about preparing couples for this big right of passage and I do that through pre-marital coaching, ritual, ceremony OR planning and production. Choose how you most want to collab!
