Our pricing reflects the quality of materials, time, design work, and on-site installation required to ensure each event looks polished and photo-ready. Final costs vary based on the size of the installation, balloon types, specialty add-ons, custom colors, travel distance, and setup/tear-down needs. A minimum order is required for delivery and installation. All decor is fully customized to theme and color palette. We do not offer same-day bookings, and availability is based on our event schedule. Clients are encouraged to book early for weekends and peak seasons. Estimates include design planning, premium balloons, materials, installation, and placement adjustments to ensure everything looks perfect. Additional fees may apply for late-night teardown, rentals, backdrop structures, or extended travel. We aim to provide clear, upfront pricing and a seamless, professional experience from inquiry to event day.

- How far in advance should I book your services?
- Most clients book their decor services 2-6 weeks in advance. You can book months in advance or 2 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your event date.
