- What event planning services do you offer?
- We offer comprehensive event planning rooted in strategy and conceptualization, content creation, and logistics and execution. From shaping your vision and fundraising to managing vendors and logistics, we handle every detail to deliver events that are on time, on brand, and impactful.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Yes. We work directly with all vendors—whether its catering, A/V, design, or tech—to ensure the process is smooth and efficient. From scheduling to follow-ups, we coordinate every step so you can focus on the big picture while we handle the details.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- MindfulMela does not process payments on behalf of clients. You will pay vendors directly, while we coordinate with them to ensure contracts, timelines, and deliverables are managed seamlessly.
- What venues have you worked at before?
- We’ve had the privilege of producing events at some of New York City’s most iconic venues, including the American Museum of Natural History, Asia Society, Cipriani, Tribeca 360°, Guastavino’s, and the Museum of the City of New York.
